Claud Butler are renowned for creating lovely cycles. This frame was built near the end of the company's life and is a fine example of Claud Butler's output and is a track bike variety with Nervex lugs. All brake and gear guides have been removed from the frame. Stripped and triple dipped with two layers of copper and final coat of nickel to give a lovely warm patina. The new wheels are Ambrosio tubular hubs and rims. A rare feature is the Inch pitch Chater Lea chainring going to a fix gear. Pedals are Campagnolo. BLB track handelbars are covered in deep brown elkskin matching the Brook Swift Titanium saddle.
