We deliver via courier or Royal Mail for our UK and European orders and Fedex to ship to the USA. Deliveries outside of the UK are subject to customers, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions. All product are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. Please be aware that recipients outside the EU may have to pay import duty or other taxes. Please check these details before continuing with your order.

Please note that while every effort is made to fulfill the standard or next day delivery time periods, it cannot be guaranteed and we will not be held responsible for any costs incurred because of non-delivery caused by factors beyond our control.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

In the event of goods being damaged in transit then on receipt they should be returned to us immediately for inspection.

Under no circumstances must items be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted them in their damaged condition. Before replacement goods or refunds can be issued, goods must be returned for our inspection and if necessary the item may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing.

Postage and packaging fees will be reimbursed for justified damage claims.


We strive to make this as easy as possible for you. If you are not happy with the size you have chosen or any of our products please return the garment to us to change the size or get a refund, provided the item is as new, in the original packaging with the original labeling and within 30 days of purchase.

There is a returns label inside each package we ship out. Use this label to return the item or items to us, we will refund your monies on receipt of goods.

Refunds and exchanges will only be processed when the returned items have been received by us. Goods will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. On receipt of a returned item, which was originally paid for by credit or debit card, a reimbursement will be made directly to the card account of the person who originally paid for the goods, less any postage or packaging paid by Road Rags Ltd. Where an exchange item is required, the card will be recharged on dispatch if the exchange exceeds the value of the original order, plus postage and packaging where applicable. You should enclose the Returns Slip with the goods.

We recommend that you obtain a receipt of postage and consider insuring your parcel, in order that you can claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for parcels that are damaged or mislaid in transit.
